Wendell Celebrates July 4th With Reverse Parade

We’re excited to be partnering with the Wendell Historical Society and the Wendell Chamber of Commerce to host the Town of Wendell July 4th Reverse Parade! The parade will begin at 2 pm at Town Hall and is expected to last about an hour. Check out the map and turn by turn directions for the planned route.

While we would love to travel down every street in Town, we selected the route based on the level of interest received from the community. If you plan to leave home to catch the parade, please be sure to stay off the road and out of way of vehicles, wear a mask and practice social distancing!

The 14-mile parade route will include several emergency and town vehicles – no bicycles, golf carts, or walkers are permitted. Vehicles will be traveling at around 15-20 miles per hour and will have their lights and sirens on. You’ll be sure to hear them coming!
