The Wendell Parks and Recreation and Beth Narron of "Better Bodies by Beth" have partnered togther to bring to you another great fitness program at the Wendell Community Center. So now you are thinking I might be interested but is this the fitness program for me? Beth has designed a fitness program that is for ALL AGES and ALL FITNESS LEVELS! Key focus areas are flexibility training, low impact cardio respiratory training, core training, balance training and resistance training. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:00am.
