Total Body Training Fitness Class designed for all ages and fitness levels coming to the Wendell Community Center!

The Wendell Parks and Recreation and Beth Narron of "Better Bodies by Beth" have partnered togther to bring to you another great fitness program at the Wendell Community Center. So now you are thinking I might be interested but is this the fitness program for me? Beth has designed a fitness program that is for ALL AGES and ALL FITNESS LEVELS! Key focus areas are flexibility training, low impact cardio respiratory training, core training, balance training and resistance training. Ok you say to yourself, this sounds good, but I could use some more information before I decide. Beth Narron will be on hand on Tuesday, April 5th, 2011 for a met and greet at 8am at the Wendell Community Center. So come out and learn how this fitness program is the one for you! Another great incentive is that the class will begin on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 from 8:00-8:45am and the first class is absolutely 100% FREE to try!
