Public Hearings: April 11, 2011

The Wendell Town Board of Commissioners will hold Public Hearings, Monday, April 11, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the courtroom of the Wendell Town Hall located at 15 E. Fourth Street for the purpose of receiving comments on the following:

1. Consideration to Amend the Development Agreement between the Town of Wendell and Wendell Falls, LLC. The proposed mixed use development is bounded by US 64 on the west; Taylor Road on the North; Marks Creek on the south and Poole road to the east and per NCGS160A-364.

2. Consideration to Amend FY 2010-11 Budget Ordinance to create a Capital Reserve Account.

3. Consideration to Amend Merger Agreement between the Town of Wendell and the City of Raleigh.
