POSSIBLE QUORUM OF THE
WENDELL TOWN BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
The Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitors Bureau retained Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) to help develop a Destination Strategic Plan to guide efforts to identify new tourism generators and increase the number of visitors in Wake County. Input from Wake County municipalities is a critical part of this process. The Wendell Town Board of Commissioners is invited to attend and participate on:

The purpose of the meeting is to offer Town Board members an opportunity to share current and potential tourism assets of Wendell.
It is possible that a quorum of the Town Board may attend; however, no official action will be taken by the Town Board. [NC GS 143-318.10]

The public will take notice that the Wendell Board of Commissioners has scheduled three public hearings on Monday, October 9, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Wendell Town Hall, 15 E Fourth Street, for the following purposes:
- To consider a request by NC Greater Jurisdiction Church of God in Christ to modify an existing 43.57 acre CMX Conditional District, located within the parcel identified by PIN # 1774781425 and addressed as 1609 Wendell Boulevard. As proposed, the amended CMX Conditional District would still include a mixture of uses, but with a revised development layout.
- To consider a satellite annexation petition submitted by Nash Wendell Falls LLC for 93.29 acres of property located within the Wendell Falls Planned Unit Development, identified by PIN numbers 1773080073, 1764716160, and 1774116521.
- To consider text amendments to Chapter 7 of the UDO, Unified Development Ordinance, as it relates to open space requirements.
Interested parties and citizens shall have opportunity to speak and may obtain additional information on the request from the Town of Wendell Zoning Administrator, 15 E. Fourth Street, Wendell, North Carolina 27591.
