The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a Special Use request by Withers and Ravenel on behalf of Daedong USA Inc. related to building expansions and site improvements at 6300 Kioti Drive (PIN 1775305843).

ORDERS ISSUED UNDER THE WENDELL MINIMUM HOUSING CODE FOR 315 COOK ST & 370/390 E. FOURTH ST
The Town of Wendell Minimum Housing Inspector conducted hearings on July 14, 2016 and October 12, 2016 to determine the status of 315 Cook St. and 370 E. Fourth St. (Master address listed as 390 E. Fourth St) under the requirements of Chapter 34 of the Code of Ordinances. The result of both hearings was to classify the structures as dilapidated; meaning the estimated cost of repair exceeds forty percent of the value of the structure.
Therefore, in accordance with section 34-88 of the Wendell Minimum Housing Code, notice is hereby given to Lisa L Messick (owner of property identified as 315 Cook St., Wendell, NC) and Judy D. Price (owner of property identified as 390 E. Fourth St., Wendell, NC) that the buildings are ordered to be demolished and removed by February 8, 2017. Appeal of this order must be filed by November 14, 2016 by contacting the Wendell Planning Department located at 15 E. Fourth Street.
