NEW and AWESOME PIYO EXERCISE CLASS

Beginning January 4th and every Monday afterwards, there will be a new exercise class at the Wendell Community Center.  The name of the class is PIYO.  It is a combination of pilates, yoga, and constant movement.  When you talk about a full body workout, you have to mention this new exercise craze.   The class will be in activity room B from 6 to 7 pm.  The one hour workout is great for people of all ages.   Classes are $5 per class.  Start your New Year's Resolution out on the right foot with the best new fitness class.   Fitness instructor Melissa Leahy Hirsh will get you in shape.  Don't miss out on the fun.  See You SOON!
