August 14, 2008- Popular program, Young Champions Self Defense, continues this fall. Children ages 4-18 learn the art of self defense from qualified instructors of Young Champions. Registration for the fall classes will take place at the Wendell Community Center on Tuesday, September 16, 2008. Click here for a flyer of this program.
August 5, 2008- The 2008 Youth Tennis Program kicked off for the 5-9 year olds Tuesday night. The kids were fast learners. Ms. Kelley Connolly taught the basics of the court, the racquet and the forehand. Click here to view the slide show of the evening activities.
March 22, 2008- 2008 Polar Bear Championship Series. We will continue to promote the June & September tournaments. Please call today and enter your team in this exciting program. All levels of talent are encouraged to play. You will play with wood softball bats only and it will be a fun experience for all. Team entry fee is $200.00. Proceeds go directly to the Capital Improvement Campaign at Wendell Park.
